Confirmation of successful entries will be sent out in early June.

Do I have to pay?
Groups do not need to pay additional moeny to submit an abstract, but if accepted to present at the event, you will need to register as a delegate. There are also special rates for children and young people under the age of 18 who wish to come to the event.

Presenting at the WorldForum
Presentations will vary in length (15, 30 or 45 minutes) and can be presented in the following formats:

• Oral presentation
• Poster presentation
• Film/drama/music/dance, etc

Please indicate you preferred length and format, which the Program Planning Committee will consider when they meet

• All entries must be using the form, and must be entered by email (worldforum2008@childreninwales.org.uk)
• In completing the form please use Arial size 10 text with single spacing.
• Please remember to include your preferences for length and format of your presentation
